OUR PROPERTY

Welcome to the 19th-century Chateau Coucy, entirely renovated using the finest quality materials. You'll love its exceptional setting right in the heart of the vineyards.

Whether for family, business or friends, come and stay in our 6-bedroom gîte, which can accommodate up to 14 people!

This property is entirely dedicated to seasonal rental all year round. We offer short or long stays. We would be delighted to offer you a tour of the estate and a tasting of our wines during your stay.

THE ACCOMODATION

The ground floor features a spacious double living room with a television, a formal dining room, a fully equipped double kitchen with an attached laundry room, and a guest WC.

On the first floor, you will find four bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom:

The first offers a Queen-size bed (160 cm) with a shower and toilet.
The second features a King-size bed (200 cm) with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
The third and fourth bedrooms are each equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 cm), a shower, and a toilet.

The second floor comprises two additional bedrooms:

The first is fitted with a Queen-size bed (160 cm), a shower, and a toilet.
The second is a large family room featuring two beds (one 160 cm and one 180 cm), along with a shower and toilet.

THE GROUNDS & EXTERIOR

Enjoy our expansive 1,000 m² garden, complete with comfortable sun loungers and a fully secured, heated swimming pool. It is the perfect setting to share a convivial moment around a large outdoor dining table equipped with a gas plancha grill. Complimentary private parking is also available on-site.
