GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)

 

The "T&Cs" refer to the general terms and conditions of sale and use of the website www.chateaucoucy.com

The 'Vendor' refers to SAS GALANDE & Associés

Article 1. Prices

​

1.1 The prices indicated include all applicable taxes (including VAT) in euros, but do not include the fixed-rate delivery charges.

 

1.2 The products are sold at the prices valid on the date of purchase. These prices are firm and cannot be revised during the validity period. Unless otherwise stipulated in writing in the special terms and conditions or in the order form or the attached price list, the valid price is quoted "ex cellars".

 

1.3 The Customer is informed of the exact delivery costs and expected shipping dates on confirmation of the order.

 

1.4 Delivery or availability for collection dates are only indicative. Any delays do not entitle the Customer to cancel the sale, rescind the order, refuse delivery of the goods, or claim damages.

 

1.5 Customs duties and/or other local taxes may be payable on deliveries outside France. The Vendor is not liable for these duties and taxes, which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

 

1.6 The goods will remain the property of the Vendor until the order has been paid in full. Reservation of title clause: Law N°80-335 of 12th of May 1980 - The goods will remain the property of the Vendor until the price has been paid in full. Once the goods have been delivered, the buyer will be liable for any related risks, in case of loss or damage. A fixed recovery charge of 40 euros will be due in the event of late payment by the customer, in application of Article L122-2 of French Law N°2012-387 of the 22nd of March 2012 and the Decree of the 20th of October 2012.

 

Article 2. Payment

2.1 Payments may be made by bank card on the www.chateaucoucy.com website, by cheque addressed to SAS GALANDE & Associés – 25 route des VALLONS – 33570 MONTAGNE, or by bank transfer.

2.2 Delivery will only be made after the order has been paid in full.

Article 4. Right of withdrawal

According to Law n° 2014-344 of the 17th of March 2014 on Consumer Affairs, you have 14 days to change your mind concerning online purchases. This is known as the right of withdrawal. If you exercise this right, the Vendor must refund the cost of the goods or services ordered.

 

Article 5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Website and General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the Libourne courts have sole jurisdiction.

The Website and all the media presented (photos, videos, logos, brand, content, etc.) are the exclusive property of SAS GALANDE & Associés.
