Prestige White wine


White wine

Sauvignon Blanc

Vinification: Skin-contact maceration. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The cuvée is matured on its lees (bâtonnage), partly in barrels (25%) and partly in vats for 5 months.


Tasting : The nose of our Prestige White is powerful and expressive, with notes of white flowers such as lime blossom. Rich and unctuous on the palate, enhanced by a mellow woodiness that creates the balance and complexity of this wine.

Cabernet Franc

Vinification : Press Rosé. The grapes are selected and brought to ideal ripeness, then pressed directly after harvesting. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the fruity aromas and freshness.

Tasting : Attractive, brilliant salmon colour. Peach and citrus aromas on the nose. On the palate, our rosé is fresh and fruity, with soft notes of red fruit.

Sauvignon Blanc

Vinification : Direct pressing to retain all the freshness and acidity of the grapes. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

Tasting : Our Sauvignon is highly aromatic, with an assertive nose revealing notes of citrus and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is beautifully round, with a fresh, intense finish.
