Wine and Food pairing
The Colour : Intense, deep garnet-red with purple highlights.
On the nose : Very aromatic, with notes of blackberry and crushed strawberry combined with hints of caramel and vanilla.
The mouth : Fruity and well-balanced, the palate reveals a finely acidic structure. Our wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry and creamy strawberry. The tannins are supple and silky.
